See the hard days coming.
Protect the good ones.
FlareWize is a personal forecast for your body, built for people who feel every weather shift before the sky does.
No pep talks. No "mind over matter." Just patterns, context, and a steadier way to plan.
You already know how it goes.
You wake up and something's off. Your head is heavy. Your joints are already talking. You can't quite name it, but by noon, you're deep in a flare. And you had no warning.
For millions of people living with conditions like EDS, fibromyalgia, migraines, IIH, Chiari, and POTS, weather isn't small talk. It's a trigger. A pressure drop of even a few points can mean the difference between a manageable day and a day in bed.
FlareWize was built to change that. Because it was built by someone who lives it too.
Your body responds to the sky.
FlareWize helps you stay one step ahead.
FlareWize combines real-time barometric pressure and weather data with your personal symptom history to give you a daily forecast, not for the weather outside, but for how you might feel.
Check in each morning. Log how your day actually went each evening. Over time, FlareWize learns your patterns and helps you see the hard days coming, so you can protect your energy, plan around them, and finally have real data to bring to your care team.
It looks ahead, too: a 10-day best-day forecast helps you find the softer windows, the better days for errands, appointments, work, or rest.
How it works
Check in each morning
Log your sleep quality, how you're waking up, and what yesterday felt like. It takes under two minutes.
Get your forecast
FlareWize pulls live local weather data, especially barometric pressure, and gives you a predicted outlook for your main symptoms today.
See your patterns
Over time, your history reveals exactly what your body responds to most. Track it. Show it to your doctor. Finally make sense of the good days and the hard ones.
This is Lupe.
The crow who does not flinch.
Lupe takes her name from the ancient Greek λύπη (lúpē), meaning grief, sorrow, and pain. She carries it as a promise: she will never pretend your pain isn't real.
"The pressure's been dropping since yesterday. How's your head feeling?"
- She notices before she advises.
- She adapts to the day, whether it calls for a blanket, a raincoat, a quiet room, or a little morning light.
- She will never say "stay positive," "you've got this," or "every day is a gift."
If tomorrow looks rough, she'll tell you plainly. If the data's too thin to call it, she'll say that too. No forced optimism, ever. Just a steady companion who's paying attention so you don't have to do it alone.
Built for bodies that feel everything.
FlareWize was designed for people whose nervous systems, connective tissue, or cerebrospinal fluid pressure are sensitive to weather, especially barometric shifts. If you've ever looked at a pressure chart and thought that explains it, this was made for you.
A note from the person who built this.
I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, intracranial hypertension, and Chiari malformation. For years I tried to connect the dots between the weather and my worst days, and when I finally understood that barometric pressure was part of the equation, I wanted a tool that could see it coming with me.
Nothing like that existed. So I built it.
FlareWize is still early. It's not perfect. But it's honest, it's designed around how these conditions actually behave, and it was made with people like us in mind, not as an afterthought.
I'm glad you found it.
Tara, Founder
Not a diagnosis. Not a cure. A lantern.
FlareWize doesn't replace medical care, and it won't pretend to predict your body perfectly. It gives you a way to collect real data, set it beside the weather, and make gentler decisions with more context.
Some days will still be unclear. Bodies are weather systems of their own. But a little more notice can matter.

FlareWize is in early beta. I'm looking for a small founding flock to try it, give honest feedback, and help shape what it becomes. No cost. No pressure.
